Each of the body’s magical zones detailed and explained. In the last post, we uncovered the Nervous system. Today we will be going over Zone 4, the Digestive system, and the body’s power plant.
Zone 4 The Entire body depends upon the food you eat. Your digestive system is a chemical laboratory designed to break down and assimilate energy and nutrients from what you eat.
When this system has a disturbance, you can put the best organic food “fuel” into your body, but it is unable to reap the nutrient value. Many people are malnourished because their body is unable to break down food into the proper usable elements.
Having a balanced digestive system is important, but so is putting the right food into the body following the laws of nourishment.
As the body’s primary food processor, the stomach mixes and breaks down food into a semi-fluid mass. Interference in the mid-thoracic spine, intimately related to Zone 4, can potentially impair this crucial function.
Through expertly directed Zone 4 adjustments, we rectify these imbalances and boost stomach function.
Known as the body’s nutritional motorway, the small intestine absorbs nutrients from digested food into the bloodstream. Disruptions in the lower thoracic spine and upper lumbar spine, which fall under the jurisdiction of Zone 4, can impact the small intestine’s function.
Adjustments within this zone can help reduce these imbalances and enhance balancing the signals to the small intestines enabling proper nutrient absorption.
Serving as our body’s waste management system, the colon eliminates undigested remnants from our system. Interference in the lumbar spine, closely related to Zone 4, can impact colon function, leading to digestive issues.
Zone 4 adjustments rectify these signals, promoting healthier colon function.
The liver, gallbladder, and pancreas assist in digestion by producing vital enzymes and substances. Restrictions in the corresponding spinal regions can interfere with the function of these organs.
Adjustments in Zone 4 aim to restore harmony and boosting the overall efficiency of the digestive system.
Zone 4 is more than just a symbolic representation of these organs; it encompasses our entire digestive system, working tirelessly to transform food into life-giving nutrients. Neural interference in their corresponding regions can hamper these vital functions, potentially leading to digestive disturbances and nutritional deficiencies.
Balancing the signals from the brain to the digestive organs updates the system for optimal function. Energising the body and enabling people to eat foods that were previously difficult to digest. Better taste and elimination from the bowels, appetite will normalise, digestive troubles will disappear, and weight will normalise.
In our next post in this series, we will be unveiling Zone 5 – the Muscular System.
